Leadzolo Ranks No. 32 on the 2026 Inc. 5000 With 7,839% Three-Year Growth

Pay-per-lead platform for real estate investors placed No. 2 nationally among marketing and advertising companies

Leadzolo, a pay-per-lead platform for real estate investors, has been ranked No. 32 on the 2026 Inc. 5000, Inc. magazine’s annual list of the fastest-growing private companies in America. The company grew 7,839% over three years and placed No. 2 nationally in the Marketing and Advertising category.

Leadzolo is the highest-ranked North Dakota company on this year’s list, making it the fastest-growing private company in the state. The ranking also places it in the top one percent of the 5,000 companies nationally. Start Midwest named Leadzolo the second-fastest-growing company in the Midwest in its top-250 roundup.

Leadzolo runs its own advertising to generate inquiries from homeowners looking to sell, then sells those leads to investors who buy houses in that area. The company started in 2022 on a pay-per-lead model and now works with roughly 500 active buyers across four programs: a real-time bidding system, a marketplace, a membership called Zolo Club, and managed campaigns under Leadzolo Platinum.

“When we started in 2022, an investor who wanted more deals had to build a marketing operation or start cold calling homeowners. Not many companies were offering pay-per-lead at the time, and generating leads at volume was the thing we were already good at,” said Kyle Sulerud, co-founder of Leadzolo.

“The model is simple to explain and brutal to operate. You have to be good enough at buying traffic that you can sell the result for more than it cost you, every single day, or you are out of business by Friday. That is a harder business to run than most people want,” said Drew Carrell, co-founder of Leadzolo.

Of the 50 fastest-growing marketing and advertising companies on this year’s Inc. 5000, 31 are in Florida, California, New York or Texas. Leadzolo is the only one in North Dakota. The company is headquartered in Grand Forks and its staff work remotely.

“A growth ranking measures three years of revenue. It does not measure whether your customers would buy from you again. That second number is the one we actually manage to,” said Cody Morris, CEO of Leadzolo.

The Inc. 5000 is compiled annually from verified revenue figures covering a three-year period. The full 2026 list is available at inc.com/inc5000/2026.
