Leadzolo Names Cody Morris Chief Executive Officer
Co-founder Drew Carrell steps back from day-to-day operations
GRAND FORKS, ND — December 22, 2025 — Leadzolo has appointed Cody Morris chief executive officer. Morris joined the company as chief operating officer in 2024. He succeeds co-founder Drew Carrell, who is stepping back from day-to-day operations and remains an owner and active in the company.
As chief executive, Morris sets company direction and decides which programs Leadzolo builds, changes or retires. He also owns lead quality and delivery, the sales organization and its largest customer relationships, and hiring across the leadership team.
“Cody earned this. He has run the operating side since 2024 and the results are his. I wanted to step back from operations, and he has been ready for this longer than the title suggests,” said Drew Carrell, co-founder of Leadzolo.
“Nothing about how we operate changes this week. What changes is that the decisions I was already making now sit where they should. My job is making sure a buyer who spends money with us gets leads worth what they paid, every day, at volume,” said Cody Morris, chief executive officer of Leadzolo.
